I drink a gallon of water everyday for over a year now. It sure makes you go pee
a lot more  than usually, but the overall "i am feeling good" makes it worth it!
You know your blood is over 97% water, so you have to give your body what it
needs the most.

H2O is vital. It's just such a logical explanation to how hydration can help with
your body flexibility  - it makes a lot of sense to me. Good article. Would like to
see more like it.

Secret weapon to being flexible is in a water bottle? Then from now on I am
heavily armed everyday - bringing a gallon size water container to my job site!

Cool story. Smart, short. Thumbs up!

I knew the FlexiQuestion answer had to be YES, and it is a new way of
promoting the importance of hydration. FlexiScore brings new ideas to my
attention and it's always fun to learn something new about your own body.

Good article - viva hydration! I am doing this "drinking lots of water" thing
whenever I can. I mostly do it to clean out the toxins. Its  just a little (?? a lot!!)
inconvenient when I am stuck in traffic.

A gallon of water a day will keep my joints more flexible? Definitely worth every
trip to the water dispenser at the end of our office's hallway.

Body flexibility is described as the range of limb movement around joints, in other
words the ability to move joints through their entire range of motion, from a flexed
to an extended position. Your joints are marvels of engineering, designed to
maintain their lubrication with synovial fluid - the thick colorless liquid that
surrounds joints. When you move your joints, these fluids splash over the parts of
the joint not reached by blood vessels that supply nutrition and lubrication,
allowing the bones to glide over each other.

Synovial fluid is a thick, stringy fluid, that consists a very great deal of water
(80%!). It reduces friction between tissues in joints to lubricate and cushion them
during movement. Water molecules help maintain the health and function of the
joint. Drinking plenty of water hydrates your joints and hydrated joints are
lubricated and healthy, which leads to a flexible body!

Water is a very important dietary element with regard to mobility - it serves as a
solvent for nutrients and delivers nutrients to cells, while it also helps the body
eliminate waste products from the cells. Both the spaces between cells and the
spaces inside cells are filled with water, which lubricates joints and acts as shock
absorber.
